Growth.

The version of you that coped, survived, and got you this far deserves gratitude, but not permanent residence. Growth means change, and change sometimes means leaving behind old habits, mindsets, and even identities that no longer fit.

It’s okay if who you are today doesn’t match who you were last year. It’s okay if people don’t recognise you anymore. You’re not meant to stay the same just to make others comfortable.

Be proud of your evolution. Choose what aligns with who you’re becoming, not who you once had to be.

Outgrowing yourself isn’t betrayal. It’s progress.
